These are generally SCAMs. Most Real Estate information you will get is to old to do anything with and often has already been sold or the same information is available for free at VA and HUD sites and places like First Preston and Home Steps again for free.

Several investor / agent sites exist that track and rate places like foreclosure.com, foreclosuresusa and the such... they are all rated as very poor sources of useful or up to date information.

Never pay for something you can get for free and usually more up to date. These sites are moneymakers only for those who collect your money to be a member.

I would take the advice of registered forum members before unregistered anomymous poster, who is quite likely just spamming us. And why pay for old info when you can get new up-to-date info for free?

I receive quite a few calls from buyer's that received the info from various web sites. In many cases the property they called on is already under agreement or sold. In a few cases the sale was almost a year ago. The web site just sells lists and just can't keep up with all the changes. I sippose they have no incentive to update, their function is to sell the lists and the number of properties on the lists increases their activity. SCAMS are rampant.

The data is OLD but they don't care because they make money of the monthly fees they charge for internet access.SCAM

P.S. I think the term "repossessed" applies to Automobiles and Trucks.
