I have a buyer that i am helping purchase a Wells Fargo home, because i have three REO accounts i understand the turn times and reqirements from most banks and servicers. Until now i have had what i consider normal turn times in the business, 2-5 days for accepted offers(including highest and best and all that, 2-5 days for fully executed contracts and 5-7 days for escrow information. WEll, i have come across an agent/team that has taken 3 weeks to send over lender addendums with no return phone calls and/or emails, another three weeks to reply after addendums were emailed back to them signed by my buyer, only to get a message stating that they needed original signatures on the addendums and all of the CAR contracts and the deposit check to be under their name. Well, i complied to their request so that i could speak with the agent face-to-face to find out what they were about, well i found out that the agent does not work out of her office (no big deal) and when i spoke to her assistant he said that wells usually takes long. Now, i am still waiting on the fully executed, it's been three weeks again....and they are still not replying to my emails or calls!

(quick time line submitted offer on 9/17 offer accepted on 10/8 and still no contracts), Now, my question to you Wells Fargo people, is this a normal turn time, is the service really that bad with the wells reo account? If so, is there a way to report this dead wood agent? Please advise.....Thanks...
