I got one today that was submitted in August.

I have been doing BPO's for Ocwen for about 2 months now. I noticed that my volume has dropped off unless I call and ask for more work. I was interested in doing listings for them and was originally told that it depends on your scores. My scores are 86 for BPO's and 94 for CMA's. Then I was told that you have to do 25-30 BPO's before you are considered. Most recently I was told that none of that is true and everything is automated. Who knows. After reading all of your comments I may not want any REO listings from them.

I am still waiting on a check from them for an order I did in August. Glad to hear that things are starting to move.

I was out almost 60 days, they have 4 more invoices to pay (over 60 days now). By the end of the week I'll have about $3,000 in new invoices to submit..............it never stops..........lol

Anyone get any recent reimbursements? I am still waiting for a ton from August.

I got reimbursed/direct deposited for a large TO amount that was submitted Sept. 1 last night.

Submitted about 5k last Friday, just got about 1k of it tonight. 3 business days aint bad. Maybe they are getting back on track.

They are late with mine, over the 15 day time frame they promise.

I would say its par for the course given the shambles that the banks are in.

I have not had any lisings with them yet, but get paid like clockwork for my BPOs.

Reimbursement are runnly SLOW! I have some that are 45 Days out. They just rejected one set after holding it for 30 days. Therefore, I had to resubmit.

I am 45 days out $4500.

They are so slow paying and rejecting invoices for odd reasons. Yet they still demand utilities and other property preservation duties asap. I am starting to pull back a little until my invoices are paid. Especially on the utilities

How do the pay for bpo? 2 weeks, 30 days or more...curious just did my first one for Ocwen

Just got one today for a rekey. It was from invoice date 10/09. Two days ago I send a reminder to accounts payable, so that may have helped. Who knows?

BUMPING>>>>>>>>> How is everyone doing with getting reimbursed now? I'm still owed a couple $$$$ and my invoices are being rejected a lot more. Just seeing if I'm alone here...........lol
