I am a lender with Bank of the Orient and our focused is on real estate financing (commercial and residential) to the local community. Since we are a portfolio lender we have our own underwriting guidelines and have competitive rates.
Below are some guidelines for the typical LTVs for the following type of properties:
1. Commercial (C&I): 65%
2. Multi Family: 70%
3. Residential 2-4: 70%
4. SFR: 75%
We can also establish HELOCs at an all in LTV of 75% at very competitive prime based rates.
