Does anyone know who handles the REOs for New Century Mortgage? I tried doing a search of the archives but came up empty handed. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. You can private message me if you want or post it here for all to see.

From what I've heard, they went belly up and the portfolio got sold off.

One of the companies that I dealt with ( C********* )are not worth your time. They sent me 2 in redemption, I worked on 1 for 4 months had it listed for a week then they sold it in house (no money) the other is tied up in legal issues and I have not been reimbursed for the preservation (about $500)over six months old. And to top it off they keep sending tasks to do a monthly report...................go figure

They are number 35 on the im-plodometer.

just wondering if anyone here has dont work for them ? they are requireing a certificate to get bpo's ?

Aren't you thinking of the Firm created by CitiGroup for handling their BPOs ? Which has a similar name.

I've seen New Century stuff scattered all over the spectrum.

I got a call from finiti(sp?) or something like that a month or so ago - when I inquired they said they were a partnership between Citi and someone else - I can't remember. Called when I was busy so I told her to email me and she never did, but I applied online.

Now to ask a stupid question - did someone hijack this thread or are there Gremlins afoot?

I have done work for Finiti. I just started working for them. I've only done a few. But they are nice to work with and pay fast.

So have I; and there's a whole thread on "Finiti".

Infinity Group, however, I have never heard of.

from what I know, carrington is who bought there servicing platform and therefore handles whatever loans they serviced in-house. Carrington does not have the best reputation so watch out!
