I checked the site and it says they payoff was done on 10/7/08. I already e-mailed them to make sure they got my W-9.

HR the check was printed 10/7. It was mailed on about the 10th...you should get it any day. Monday was a Holiday with no mail service so it may take a little longer.

I just got another order sent from you guys. Oh my god it was so hard to decline it, I just got slammed by another company within the last hour and I couldn't accept your order that just came in a few mins ago. It was a rush interior for $100!! Sorry for declining, I just would of had a real hard time completing it.

I believe you can check for payment status on their web site. I don't bother checking since their checks come in like clockwork.

I've yet to get an AVM bpo, I think there is a lot of competition up here in the valley.

I received none in the go round. Someone else in my office received 14. Go figure.

Ben I just looked & I have had slim to none in your area. Be patient my clients are scoping acquisitions as we speak & the bpo business should pick up in the upcoming months. Of course since I am taking time off tomorrow to have lunch with some local agents & am off Friday because I am throwing a Halloween party we are supposed to get a good # tomorrow or Friday..never fails.
