Still waiting on re- imbursements from August, what seems strange is ordered a CFK check 5 days ago and received it today. If you can send the CFK check, why not send the damn re-imbursements!

I just recieved a rejection on 1 invoice......at least they are working on mine.........hope they don't reject the other 20...lol

I got one rejected on September 16th. It was submitted on September 2nd.

And I'm still waiting on payment!

UPDATE............I just received a payment....Time to do the money dance.

I just received a reimbursement that I submitted on August 28th.. Hoping the rest will follow!

FOR ME THEY WENT FROM BEING PAID IN 10-14 DAYS TO ALMOST THREE MONTHS BEHIND. I HAD NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING IN OVER 45 DAYS AND HAVE RECENTLY (LAST COUPLE OF DAYS) RECEIVED 2 DEPOSITS FOR A FEW HUNDRED EACH. THEY OWE ME THOUSANDS AS WELL. THE ONES I RECENTLY RECIEVED WERE FOR WORK AT END OF JULY...SO LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE 60++ DAYS OUT. MAYBE IT WILL START ROLLING IN NOW??

I just got paid for a couple of utility bills. I hope the rest will follow soon.

I just got paid on 2 invoices, one large trash out and one lawn from August 1st. Finally 60-70 days later

The good news is that I was paid for a lawn two days ago; the first payment since around 9/2.

That said, the amount owed to me continues to increase as I incur more expenses for the management of my listings.

A flood of reimbursements to bring them up-to-date is needed to bring my confidence level up.

I wonder what is really going on.

bumping..........they have made a couple big reimbursements to me this week (only 4 more to go) a am told me everything should be back to normal (whatever is normal) within 30 days. So just wanted to update everyone..........

CALL TODAY SMILE...May I ask when the property closed for which those reimbursements were made. I'd like to get an idea. Thanks.
