I was wondering if anyone else has been taken off farvv auto assign due to asking for reassignment of orders to many times. I asked reassignment of lots of CW orders from farvv as I had already done them for CW and the orders specifically say you can't do these orders if you have done them for any other company. Sometimes I had to ask them to reassign the same order 4 or 5 times. Then I noticed that I was not getting assigned anymore. So I called. They said I was taken off as I had declined more then 45% of the orders assigned to me. Anyone else had this experience with farvv and if so did they put you back on auto assign?

I would just try to explain to them the situation. I do everything they send me, and call if it's something I did before. Sounds like you did the right thing, but the system most likely doesn't realize your reason for declining.

Right I always entered into the reason box that I had already done the order for CW previously. They said they were going to send an e-mail to their "panel" about it. I've missed the 15-20 orders they previously assigned to me last month.

If they are auto-assigned, you can't decline it unless you call. If you are using the accept/decline buttons on an order, it is not auto-assigned. I wasn't getting orders from FARVV last month but it had nothing to do with auto-assign. When you have accept/decline buttons those are their form of a blast. I always updated status to reassignment after I was assigned these cw orders. I figured that was as good as calling. I guess not. I wonder if they could just somehow program not to send me any cw orders. There has not been one cw order yet farvv assigned that I hadn't already done through cw themselves.

they remove you off auto assign if your percentage of orders declined gets too high. happened to me. so then i scrambled on a few blast orders to get my percentage back to where it needed to be, then they automatically put me back on.

same thing happened to me with farvv, except for i put myself on vacation for 2 weeks, then i get 1 order request a week from them...

OH NO, I hope my 3 day break won't hurt my standing, I love the auto assign!!

This also happened to me last week. I e-mailed them about 10 times asking why I was off auto-assign and tried to catch as many broadcast as I could. I was returned to auto-assign on Monday but have a limit of 5. I actually like this better becuase it gets me in gear to get them done right away.

Also has anyone noticed that the QC dept is running really slow this week? I have a TON sitting there waiting to be approved.

I have just recently started doing alot of orders from them. I will be out of town for 9 days and put this on the system as my "vacation" to let them know I will be unable to accept orders and why. After reading some of these posts, will this hurt my status with them?

I have noticed a slow down in QC over the last ten days, seems to hang in there for half a day to 36 hours over the weekend. I imagine QC doesn't work the weekends?

Being on vacation won't hurt your status. Just make sure you put in the vacation time early enough for the system to catch it. Sometimes the request don't go through right away. Only if you are still receiving orders while your on vacation and not accepting them, that will hurt your score.

Has anyone ever gone to "accept" a broadcast order from FARVV and when you get to the acceptance screen it says "ORDER IS LOCKED" call (insert foreign name). I called and didn't understand a word of what (insert foreign name) said. All I know is I didn't get the order. WTH?

I get it all the time. It means that a rep is currently on the phone trying to place the order with an agent. That way if they place it, that agent will actually get it.

I usually get all of the ones that are locked when I click accept - I must be the only person who answers their phone!
