No payments, rejections or anything else from Ocwen since September 2. No response to my inquiries to accounts payable. Invoices getting dangerously high and my vendors who are signed up aren't getting paid either.

Last month I got a phone call telling me they were reducing the fees for BPO's by 10%

Got an email tonight showing payment from accounts payable for an invoice. It was not a re-imbursement though. It was for a CMA done 2 weeks ago.

Not only haven't I received any payments or rejections since September 1, neither has my co-listing agent who splits the bills with me. Together we're owed about $6000. Also one of my two vendors who has an Ocwen account says Ocwen is into him for over $10,000. And my repeated emails to accounts payable haven't been replied to. We're going to have to shut it all down pretty quickly here. I see no use in calling Realtrans customer service and having Bill (real name Gupta) tell me "kindly don't worry payment is on the way soon."

Has anyone gotten paid, excluding bpos, since September 1st???

I haven't seen payment for BPOs that have been approved, wtf?

I have about $1,000 outstanding since Sept. 1st. It has never taken this long before... All of my reimbursments prior to Sept. 1st were payed in 10-14 days. I have still been getting BPO payments though. Im not spending any more $ on my Ocwen properties until I get payment.

Just wanted to let you all know that I received payment notification yesterday for some of what is owed. I think they had problems with their system and are trying to catch up.

I also received notification of payments for some of mine. Others were rejected because they did not like my form of payment. I paid online to the utility company and all it says is the amount I paid and payment confirmation which also matches the amount due on the bill. They want something showing who I paid which now its too late unless I hand write the info on it. Has anyone experienced this? Also, my biggest expense was passed on to someone else. It was three years of back HOA dues of 700 dollars. The property already closed almost a month ago and I paid the bill a little over 2 months ago.

6 weeks. I have emailed A/P and the asset managers have emailed. Nothing. They owe me a bunch. No response or anything. First asset manger says it was in process. Now he has emailed twice. Don't think it does any good.

Ocwen what is going on?

We stopped paying hoa fees after I personally lost over $400 on one. We paid a past due fee just as instructed and submitted the invoice but they didn't like the format of the hoa's invoice, rejected it 3 times, then they paid the hoa directly themselves claiming I had never paid it. Needless to say after 30 or 40 emails and me even sending them a copy of the cancelled check made out directly to the hoa I never could get them to understand what had happened. We cut our losses and refuse to ever pay an hoa fee for them again. No biggie as hoas don't foreclose here anyway. The HOA can just get paid at close of escrow. If Ocwen blacklists me so be it.

I think everyone should call and complain so they start paying again. Has anyone else received a payment email recently??? G-d forbid they turn into "evilsolutions".

I've got payment for utilities (just a few dollars), but not the big $$$ for mold remediation and roof replacements. Honestly, I would prefer it the other way around.

The good news is that in the last week I received nearly $600 in reimbursements and $50 for a BPO. The bad news is that they still owe me $4,600. But I'm happy to see some activity.
