I haven't had 6AM on one property, but I do have 2 REO with Ocwen that have been reassigned twice.

I'm also having problems with reimbursement of e-mails. This is also freaking me out!

Most of my work orders are over 30 days old!

I am turning the power off at my listing. I have a feeling the stones are coming my way!

I have outstanding invoices over $2500, called accounts payable, same story, "don't worry your payments will be made shortly" Almost 2 months past due and nothing. I'm halting all lawn care until I am paid. It is irritating. Tired of the lies. I have called them multiple times and it's always the same line. Payment will be made.

I was hopeing someone was chiming in with a payment received post....I just opened a email from the reoclosed dept. asking to submit any invoices on a asset that closed early spring that had been reassigned..........I'm starting to get a little nervous here. Time to say a prayer

eeeks - I have been signed up with them for over a year and NADA, Kinda hurt my feelings ya know .

Anson from Ocwen kept emailing me asking if everything was going well - I would politely tell him no - he would write back that he would take care of this - and still nothing. He is one of the trainers by phone. I was signed up with them 11/2 yrs before I ever took the training - never needed it yet!

I had just contacted him again to find out what's up - and to get me some REO - something to do I guess.

I still do not know why 1 firm got all of the Ocwen assignments for years here - but at the moment I don't feel nearly as bad I never received any.

Good Luck - there is a lot of accounting that needs to be wrapped up when you lose a huge account like the VA - I wouldn't want to be owed on those still. Perhaps everyone should become like a boyscout and think about speaking with a unified voice ~ hint.

Ocwen Payments: I am getting mine - but I have a question. Are you guys having AMs do your work orders under the utility companies names and vendoer #s. All mine are being paid directly to the utilitiy companies - I just submit the bill. My crew also has an Ocwen vendor # and I just submit the bill and the check goes to him. Right now I am not owed anything by Ocwen. VA properties - I have talked to a ton of AMs that are trying to get all the wo paid for the VA properties and they are spinning in circles - tons of bills and I think they have a time limit to get them in. Countrywide took over the VA properties - they are not even using the VA paperwork - just a normal purchase contract. They are a company that does not pay their bills. They sent me 7 different rejected invoices in a huge package and only one of them was mine. The others belonged to all different agents across the nation!!

Just wanted to let you know - I just checked two of my listings - one was a $5600 roof and it was paid. I just think they are updating their system and stuff is slower while that happens. You can check on the payments by logging on, clicking agent view, click custom search and put in the asset number in the box that appears - not the one to the left that is always there.

Still no reimbursements and checking my records I see that it has been over a month since my last reimbursement.

I have a large new trashout now that will double what they owe me. Decisions, decisions....

I would feel a whole lot better paying for this big trashout if everyone chimed in on this forum and said not to worry as they were just paid.

Bank failures, credit crunches, stock market crashes, it has got to make you worry that we will get paid.

This reminds me of the time my boss (when I had a boss) asked me for a $6,000 loan. It was very awkward turning him down.

You can sign your trashout crew up as an Ocwen vendor. The vendor admin on their site tells you how. Then you get your asset manager to make the work order payable directly to your crew - give them the company name, their Ocwen vendor # and the amount - and your crew gets paided directly. Man, I could not pay my crews directly - need another new roof this week - that would be tons of money just floating out there.

At this point I wouldn't want to set up my contractor and they my not get paid, I do believe (pray) that ocwen will get it together and the reimbursements will start flowing again.

My Vendors are signed up & recieve work orders directly from ocwen. They have not recieved any payments in over a month.

The last payment I received was on 9/7/08. after I submitted about 20 invoices .

I got a reimbursement from them last Friday 10/3/08 for something I submitted on 9/3/08. That's slow for them, but that is nothing compared to many others. I have about 12 in to Ocwen for reimbursement right now, but the total is less than $500, so it's not too bad.
