We talked about this a couple days ago, (couldn't find the post)I'm 30 days out on reimbursements with them usually they are like clockwork with payments, Two weeks and the money is in the bank.I think I will try and call today.

The same here. I did call earlier this week and was told they were upgrading their computer systems and to be patient. Reimbursements would be going out in about 2 weeks!

Wow, I just logged in to ask the same question, and here it is. 30 days out here. I hope they are not "next", they owe me a lot of money. WaMu already has me scared to death. I keep asking myself, why am I loaning banks money?

I was wondering the same thing. What ever happened to their 4 day turn-around plan which lasted for about a week?

I was just going to ask the same question. I was waiting on a CFK check, my AM said there was a delay in issuing checks, it came in a couple of days ago...so hopefully the reimbursements will follow.

Same thing here. I have been emailing for two weeks. Asset managers do not seem to want to forward requests to account payable for follow up like they have in the past. Very, very worried. I have a large amount outstanding with them.

Ocwen is over 30 days on our reimbursments as well and now no one will respond to any emails. We are seriously considering if we can afford to continue to maintain their properties.

Part of me feels better that I'm not alone, the other part of me is wondering if they are the next ..........I to have a lot $$$$ out there with them. Please if anyone receives payment from them update us

One of the asset managers told me the clean up after VA is taking up the accounts receivables time. I don't know but they have not finished paying me on my VA either,

I've been debating turning off the electricity and water, and cutting the lawn maintenance back to once a month until I have confidence that all is well at Ocwen. The economy is already taking its toll and I certainly can't afford to lose these reimbursements.

I was told 2 days ago they are backed up as I have homes that closed and still not reimbursed for those expenses.

I have been starting to worry as the reimbursements they owe me are adding up, and as others have said things were going pretty smoothly.

I have been checking my email every evening hoping for a big wire.

It is kinda funny to be happy and relieved to get paid money that was yours to start with.

It feels like payday except it only brings you back to zero....wait... minus the up to $25 Realtrans fee per invoice submission.

I am having the same problem. Ocwen owes me 2000.00. I have also had 6 asset managers on the same REO. Something is going on there. Where are all these asset managers going and why have I been through six of them? Everytime I get a new one I have to start over again with bids and photos. Once I send them in they send me a new asset manager, then I have to do it again. One asset manager emailed me and said he was leaving, but to beware we all have stones coming our way. What does that mean?

Are you saying that the AM said beware stones are coming our way? Their reimbursements have slowed down. But, the CFK checks have made it on time.

I know they were doing some maintenance on their system for a while there that delayed emails and work orders. That was freaking me out.

I didn't get any checks toward the thousands they owe me but I did get a rejection on one of my invoices. At least now I know there is someone actually working in the accounting department! This is really getting a little scary.

Why havent they sent out a statement asking for our patience? Something that would be a little reassuring.
