Hey guys, great info as always on this site. I have a question that I need a great answer in some detail.
My company is thinking of brokering loans and we want to know:
1. Should we use 1 broker for the RE side and 1 broker for the loans?
2. Should we set up another company for the financing side?
3. What documents or required insurance coverage should we have?
4. What companies should we apply with to start off?
That's all I can think of now, please let me know what else I should be thinking of.
