What are pros and cons to accepting an offer from buyer using VA financing? The property is bank owned, it is in good shape but needs minor cosmetic work (painting of trim, drywall to fix door shaped hole behind 2 door2, exterior paint touch up, unpermitted enclosed patio). My biggest concern is the unpermitted enclosed patio. Your opinions and thoughts are appreciated.

It is up to the appraiser. Usually these items are no longer a problem. My concern would be paint and drywall issue. Just have the appraiser do it and the issues I see are minor enough to fix easily if needed.

I am not sure the porch would cause an issue at all.
