TN Mort Broker Member Registered: 02/20/06 Posts: 175 Loc: Nashville, TN	My pipeline is predominately Govt loans probably 95%, and I am mainly in new Const. so closing are 90+ days out. Pipeline 1 year ago today was probably about 95% FNMA. I would only do FHA if there was not any other option available as the FNMA deals were cheaper rates and easier u/w then with MI.
