30 days for approval on lOAN WORKOUT/modification W/COUNTRYWIDE- I just got a job and could not request workout without employment. I contacted HOPE NOW & waited 7 days for countrywide to recieve & review the loan workout request submitted by HOPE NOW on my behalf-countrywide says they NEVER recieved request?? I am running out of time
The foreclosure auction date is august 4 at 2 pm courthouse steps.
I owe 96,000 and property is worth 130,0000-165,000 and owe delinquent amount under $7,500- I CANNOT come up with $$$ bring the mortgage current.
asking for the delinquent to be added to the loan amount
and countrywide said That "I qualify for modification"that will take 30 days for answer BUT JUST IN CASE denied I NEED TRY to come up with the $$$$$$ i am delinquent?? WTF???
Should I JUST PUT IT ON THE MARKET???

I would put it on the market. Might as well do that given the options you have right now and the potential foreclosure. Beyond that I have no advice for you other than follow up and get answers to why Countrywide says they never received anything from Hope Now. Approach another organization too like the link above.

All your questions are in Countrywides hands and a judges. We cannot answer them for sure. I am sorry things are the way they are. Congrats on the job though. I wish you the best. Hope someone helps you out.
