I was wondering what I can do for a contract between a Builder and a buyer? Should the builder (my client) be advised to contact his attorney to put together a contract or do I locate the contract somewhere else and put it together? Does this overstep my bounds into practicing law if I find a contract not certified by the State or local board of Realtors?

How many homes will you be selling for the builder? If only a couple, I don't see why you can't use your local real estate association contract. If the builder wants a customized contract that is more "builder friendly," he needs a lawyer.
