Is there any legal case on this subject.Could the landlord property management get in hot water?.I cannot find much state info,however federal look's abit dicey.

Well they give them a card but they confiscate the medicinal dispenser then prosucute the medical growers. What do you think they will do when the complaint comes in and the medical card holder said his landlord said it was okay? Dicey oh yeah...too late for dont ask dont tell.

While i have empathy for these people,if they have legitimate need.The state of ca pretty much condons it while the fed's take a hard line.not wanting to detract from issue.If they stopped busting the dispenseries then the problem would be lessened by having them move into the burb's.What grounds for eviction would one need if the renter was legit.would this fall under discrimination?sound's like it would ,however if they are not complying with the agreement form then that would be enough.

I don't know that renting to a card holder would be a major issue, I think where your issue would come into play is if you are renting to a card holder who is growing on your property, or selling on your property. At that point, I think you could have some problems. Interesting question, I'd be curious as to an attorney's point of view.
