Does any one have an opinion on Landlordportal.com, Landlord411.com, Mrlandlord.com or something similar? Or do you just use Equifax, etc.

I was leaning toward Mrlandlord.com, but see they require a in-office inspection. Is this inspection normal to similar services?

I don't have experience with those. I use MCC Group (mccgrp.com). With Equifax, you only get credit. I want to see credit, criminal, and rental history. Most landlord companies give you all that.

The office inspection is actually a new requirement driven by the 3 credit bureaus to cut down on identity theft.

Orange county apartment association. They will help you with tenant screening.

This will be required by whomever you use. You can join american apartment associations they have a credit report program the last I checked.

Yes, They want to come out and do inspection make sure you have shredder and keep files in locked cabinet. etc.
