Pictures, and basically your educated guess on price with no comps or market data. Usually $20-30.

Updated from Equi:
Talked to one of the individuals over chat. They have started small with So. Cal and anticipate nationwide orders in 7-10 days. ::keeping fingers crossed::

I just completed my first order with them!
Now the wait begins to see how their QC works and how quickly the check is mailed. Pretty standard form, nothing unusual. Had trouble finding comps for the subject, but that's pretty normal as we don't have many sales for $1,000,000 plus homes.
Of course, if they do assign REO listings, the subject would be a great one to have

Had trouble finding comps for the subject, but that's pretty normal as we don't have many sales for $1,000,000 plus homes. I find not being able to comp a million dollar home unusual for Pleasanton. IMHO Did you have to use the find work button or was the order assigned?

I'm starting to think they aren't getting as much business as they thought they were going to. I still haven't gotten one order request, and they are saying they still are waiting for clients to get back to them.....
