Maybe this was asked previously in this thread. I'm filling out my profile and it asks for fees. What is a verbal BPO?

Pictures, and basically your educated guess on price with no comps or market data. Usually $20-30.

I figured it was something like that. I just hadn't heard it referred to as a verbal.

yay I just completed my first order with them! yay

Now the wait begins to see how their QC works and how quickly the check is mailed. Pretty standard form, nothing unusual. Had trouble finding comps for the subject, but that's pretty normal as we don't have many sales for $1,000,000 plus homes.

Of course, if they do assign REO listings, the subject would be a great one to have laugh

Congrats smile The seem very nice. I have been in contact with one of the lady's over there and she is always very helpful with information. I'm looking forward to them moving orders cross country.

Keep us updated on their QC smile

I find not being able to comp a million dollar home unusual for Pleasanton. IMHO

Did you have to use the find work button or was the order assigned?

Chatted with one of the reps online today and here was the update:

Hi Stacy, We've been processing orders across the nation but I haven't seen any in your area yet. We're on target with our client expansion and fully expect to have orders in your area soon. Feel free to check in with us and to check the website as well. Thank you!

I'm starting to think they aren't getting as much business as they thought they were going to. I still haven't gotten one order request, and they are saying they still are waiting for clients to get back to them.....
