I have one with Single Source right now, so far I am very pleased. They use res.net for their REOs, which I am in love with, so that helps \:\)

They seem to answer emails quickly. I signed up with them just a few days ago. Hope they do well, i'd like to get a few more REO properties.

Is anyone else having problems with uploading photos to them this weekend? I keep getting a "timed-out" error.

I figured it out. 1 of each photo only(subject, list1, sale1 etc etc)then use "Other" with a description to upload any other ones.

if it's a good offer, then pdq. if it's crummy, they take longer

That would explain why they are taking so long. Is e-mailing the offer the best way to get it to them?

How long do you have to respond to an order? I got my second one and it went into spam. I checked an hour later and it was gone.

I've had a few BPOs with them over the years. Presently on my first REO with them; too soon to know how it will work out (we need an eviction before we can move on).

I've received two REOs with them (via res.net) in the last 3 weeks.

Do you mean REO or BPO orders. I find that with their BPO orders, if you read the engagement letter and then accept its GONE!

Yes I do mean BPO orders. Earlier in the post it said they assign orders, so they do use a blast system? I just got signed up with them & the first one he called me & then assigned it to me.

Single Source usually responds within 48 hours on all of my offers - these are through the res.net portal

I finally got my Single Source list agreement for a property thats been in prelist for awhile.

My other listing with them is 2% with no "management fee". This one says 2% with a 1% property management fee of sale price - which, in effect, gives me a whopping 1%.

Can this be right? I'm emailing the AM but 1% to the listing agent who is babysitting the property and 3% to BA?
