Yes,

They do have these programs. Your mortgage broker should be familiar with them.

Usually they can go up to 70% LTV, which means they must have 30% down payment.

I can do these up to 90% if they have a credit score over 620.

show me a foreign national with a FICO score. i've seen many banks that offer these programs, but so far, in many years, i have not seen a single one of these loans fund. take that as you will.

living along the southern border, the types of foreign nationals we see are usually from Mexico, and FICOs are very very rare. foreign credit can soemtimes be used, but i haven't seen someone from Mexico who utilized credit heavily there in my life.

people see "we do foreign nationals" and think that the guy working at Jiffy Lube with no green card can do an 80/20 stated and buy a home.

I have investors and lenders that will lend to foreign nationals. Just remember, they will require a nice down payment.

Please contact me.

International Credit is used...

IndyMAc...

But, in an entity name? Hardly any residential wholesale lenders I have seen do it residential.

Try Wells Fargo though. Indy Mac uses international credit but I am not sure about in an entity name.

This seems like a wheel spinner to me but Aaron has some insight. See if that option will work.
