Hi there,

Im pretty new to the mortgage industry and I would like to know more about finding more business and biulding clientel. I cold call, I do farm certian zip codes, send out brochures, and network with different business's to get more leads. What am I leaving out? If somebody can add to the this I'd really appreciated.
