I read your thread regarding the New Mexico original loan. I did not want you to miss this information so I created a new thread just for you. I am a California broker so know the rules here. Windsor Capital may work for you.
They are a a big broker who is licensed in California and about 40 other states. I am a broker, but I use them as a "resource" only for loans. But I know for a fact that they allow real estate agents/loan officers to do real estate transactions through them.
So you can hang your license with them to do your California real estate and do out of state loans with them, through their licenses.
YOU INDIVIDUALLY DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A LICENSE IN EACH STTATE YOU WANT TO ORIGINATE A LOAN. Windsor Capital has the license and you submit the loan through them as a broker, for a 10% fee more or less. It would be perfect for you.
Also, do not believe you can't do loans and real estate. You can do both and be good at both.
