im getting my ducks in a row and im looking to network with mortgage brokers/lenders/LO's who understand wholesaling, assigning contracts, no seasoning requirements, no title requirements, double closing, etc.

also please let me know if you're network with title companies and escrow agents who understands wholesaling.

i have networked with wholesalers in my investment group and they can bring me deals with 20-30% below FMV. i will also find deals like these myself and i want to introduce my retailer to buy out my assigned contract.
