So im an LO and I am looking for a bank that will help me fund a project in AZ. It consists of 57 two story venetian homes and needs 90% ltv. I know that we are going to have to fund each lot seperatly but does anyone know of a bank that will fund this for a new LLC at 90%ltv?
We dont have the option to go commercial with a blanket loan(we cant go under 90%)


Also, does anyone know of any hard money lender that will go above 60% LTV on a seperate project?

Im think we are going to go residential for the LTV we need. Have any suggestions on the first deal?

I am assuming they do not own the land yes or no?

Is the land One parcel or 57 seperate parcels?

Do they need 90% of the purchase of land and construction?
