Find a Broker who is setup with First Franklin. If you can't let me know and I will see if we have one in NV. First Franklin is a good lender and has a Best Score program. The lower score needs to be at least 540. They also have I/O programs as well as 40 and 50 year terms.

Actually FF needs a 560 on the co borrower.
