AZLender Member Registered: 02/20/06 Posts: 495 Loc: Mesa, Arizona	World Savings claims they are not FICO driven, however there are many mitigating factors which in fact are in direct or indirect relation to the FICO. I do not like them because of their appraisal process and they will not do business in certain pockets or towns. _________________________ Mesa Foreclosures
