Hello everyone,

Just wanted to say hello and tell you alittle about myself here, I am in the mortgage business and I have been for the last 4yrs I started out in the finance side With Household/Beneficial(HSBC) and moved to the brokerage side alittle over a year ago with Premier Mortgage Funding Inc. and dont regret it at all;) I currently reside here in missouri and have my first child(a baby boy)on the way due on April 19th 2007!!! I look forward to learning from everyone and if anyone has any questions for me feel free to ask.

I would also like to introduce myself..I am pretty new to the lending business, coming from 7 years of finance (accountant), and became a loan officer a year ago. I live in Los Angeles, California and am a single father of two; boy and girl. I also look forward to learning alot on here and providing assistance to any who may need - as well.
