5kids Member Registered: 09/07/06 Posts: 16 Loc: TX D.F.W.	I know ABC has at least 3 months seasoning. Not sure about FNBA. Anyone who is interested in cashout out on a NOO property or OO property for that matter can do so with no seasoning of title or appraisal. Of course you will need to credit qualify but this is a great opportunity to maximize your cashflow on your NOO & OO properties. Feel free to contact me for a complimentary mortgage analysis.
