I am a mortgage banker that re located to Chicago with a good source of referal business established coming in. I recently decided that I would like to establish a realationship with some realtors that are located close to my home. I have never solicited business and am not sure how to without being your everyday salesman. I do believe that some of my products our just far superior over a tradational bank. Any suggestions on how to present my self?(flyers?, lunches?, mailers?, office visits?) I understand that realtor are bombarded with mortgage brokers (I am a banker)everyday. I just need one chance to prove myself. I imagine that with the declining refinancing market some brokers are falling off the map as well. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks.
