Premiere Asset Services (Wells Fargo's REO marketing group) getting rid of agents was on another thread but if Wells Fargo has become this unresponsive then perhaps they also got rid of some internal staff!

I have "heard" that some companies might start trading in the near future and will need BPO updates but we have not seen anything yet. I think once the secondary market starts back up things will start popping again.

I know several, they get away with it! The only issues incurred that I know of is: if the loan goes FHA, you can't be the listing/buyer's agent.

Agents either want to fix the system or they don't. Everybody complains but nobody does anything about it. I am well aware of everything that goes on and how things work... far more knowledgeable than most agents, agency owners and MLS staff.
